Hello! I'm having a bit of trouble getting the idea of an audio granulizer patch to work in Processing 3.0.
For those who don't know what an audio granulizer is, it's basically a process that takes an audio file, chops it into pieces (called grains), and plays back the grains in a random order.
I've done a few tests using random(), but have had no results worth celebrating.
On the itinerary is control of the size (duration) of each grain and the length of playback, which would imply that grains can also be played back more than once during playback, although still in random order rather than looping.
Any ideas would come as great fodder as this is a pet project with which I've been wrestling for a few months now with no headway.
Thanks! -chum
